Vi este perro entre la lluvia junto al río de vehículos, este paradero era su refugio y su techo. Sentí parte del frío que tenía, pero toda su vida y sufrimiento callejero nunca será imaginable, sólo duerme una noche más en la ciudad.

Aquí en Chile no hay una entidad del gobierno que se encargue de cuidar a los perros vagabundos. Incluso en algunas partes del país, si alimentas a un perro callejero, puedes ser multado.


I saw this dog on the rain along the river of vehicles, this stop was his refuge and his ceiling. I felt the cold he had, but his entire life and street suffering will never be imaginable, he just sleeps another night on the city.

Here in Chile there isn't a government entity to take care of the vagabond dogs. Even in some places, if you feed a vagabond dog, you risks being fined.
